About this archive record. The melicreview.com domain was previously operated as The Melic Review, a poetry journal edited by C.E. Chaffin and published 1999–2008. The current editorial publication is a separate team that acquired the lapsed domain in 2026 and is not C.E. Chaffin, not affiliated with the original journal, and not a continuation of its editorial mission. Original poetry from the historic journal is not reproduced on this site; readers can access it via the Internet Archive and the publishers linked above.
